VRCO trackd tracker daemon calibration extension trackdCalibrator

trackdCalibrator is an electromagnetic trackers calibration routine for VRCO trackd tracker daemon that uses trackd server option described above and is build on top of NCSA's libTrCalibr 2.00. It allows to use both high-order polynomial fit and interpolation calibration techniques implemented in libTrCalibr 2.0.
